Penny is a horticulturalist and author with a passion for edible plants.  Her latest book “Garlic, An organic guide to knowing, growing and using garlic” is, as you can imagine, all about garlic! We are very excited to have Penny share her knowledge about the complexities of the myriad of garlic cultivars and tips for choosing the best ones to grow in your garden and how to plant and harvest them.
