Northcote Persimmon Preserving, Japanese style (Sunday 6th May)

A workshop to preserve persimmons, using a Japanese method. 

If you have unripe, astringent persimmons (the one you eat when it's like jelly) bring them along to have a go. We will also be supplying persimmons.

Permaculture principle: catch and store energy!

When: Sunday 6th May, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Cost: $5

Bring: Plastic bag or container to take home the persimmons
